IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As the Maintenance Technician at Envalior, you are the technical expert within the maintenance and engineering department. You ensure that the installations in the factory are as technically available, reliable as possible. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and technologies to contribute to our values and mission. ( Must live within daily driving distance to our Evansville, Indiana location.)

You will make key contributions to Envalior :

• You are responsible for defining technical solutions to maintenance problems for both day-to-day maintenance and turnarounds, taking into account regulations and budget.
• You are responsible for continuously improving the quality of preventive maintenance tasks and reducing corrective maintenance.
• You provide technical support, solicited and unsolicited, in determining the root cause and solution directions in the event of malfunctions.
• You increase the knowledge level of mechanics and operators by providing information, advice and, where necessary, training.
• You provide input for compiling the Maintenance annual budget and follow up on budget realisation.
• You will be responsible for implementing smaller changes, including the necessary Management of Change steps.
