School Setting 1.1 LVN / LPN

School LPN / LVN - Walnut, Claremont & Surrounding Areas

Pay Range : $30-$35 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

We are seeking a dedicated 1 : 1 School LPN / LVN to join our team and provide exceptional care to students in the school setting. This role focuses on promoting wellness, delivering health education, and supporting disease prevention efforts. You will monitor the student's physical condition throughout the school day and refer to appropriate healthcare resources when necessary. All care is provided within the LPN / LVN scope of practice and in compliance with state education codes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and address health concerns for students in the school environment.

Promote general wellness and provide health education.

Support disease prevention initiatives.

Monitor student's physical condition and respond appropriately.

Minimum Requirements

Current LPN / LVN license in the state of service.

Compliance with all professional standards of practice.

Preferred : One year of school nurse experience and pediatric experience.

Current CPR certification (if applicable).

TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required).

Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Minimum age : 18 years.
