As a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver direct nursing interventions in a variety of home settings. You should have a current RN license, at least 2 years of recent home health experience, and strong skills in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. Experience with IV therapy and case management is recommended.
