Location Dallas, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • Pay rate : $18 / hour
  • Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • W2

ROLE IMPACT

The Office Administrator ensures smooth day-to-day operations by providing vital administrative support across departments. This role serves as the face of the organization for callers and visitors, while driving efficiency in scheduling, event coordination, and office supply management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage front-desk activities, including phone calls, visitor greeting, and mail / package handling
  • Oversee inventory and replenishment of office and kitchen supplies across multiple locations
  • Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and support company-sponsored events and webinars
  • Assist department heads with travel coordination, note-taking, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized, clean, and welcoming shared office spaces

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

    • EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Regular use of phone, computer, and office equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Work involves sitting, walking, and standing as needed
  • Low to moderate noise level in a professional office setting
