Competitive Pay : Hourly rates start at $25 / hr , with higher compensation available for candidates with extensive experience!
✨ What You’ll Do
- As a senior member of the administrative team, you will help drive efficiency, exceptional service, and smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities include :
- Overseeing patient scheduling across multiple locations , optimizing provider efficiency and the overall patient experience using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, or similar platforms
- Leading front office operations, including check-in / check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination
- Serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, offering clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and scheduling
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential patient records in full compliance with HIPAA
- Coordinating closely with providers, treatment coordinators, and assistants to ensure seamless patient flow
