As part of our professional human resources team, you will provide service, tools, and leadership to our caring and dedicated medical staff, treatment teams and support staff so they can provide efficient, quality care and timely services to our members. You must have a positive customer service attitude, be responsive, and have a desire to serve your fellow employees and our community with honesty, respect and strength.
The HR Manager oversees a wide range of human resources functions across all business units, including onboarding and offboarding, employment practices, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development. This role ensures the consistent communication and administration of policies, procedures, and practices that treat employees with dignity and equity while maintaining strict compliance with all state and federal employment and laws.
The HR Manager partners closely with management to support HR operations, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of open communication and effective problem solving. Using ongoing feedback from leaders and staff, the HR Manager develops, updates, and implements HR guidelines that meet organizational needs, strengthen HR processes, and uphold compliance with applicable laws and company directives.
Eligible candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge across multiple human resources disciplines and have 3-5 years of direct HR experience, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
The HR Manager must have current knowledge of employment law, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance requirements. Technical proficiency is essential. Candidates must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products and experienced in working with HRIS systems. A strong understanding of payroll processes is required, and experience with UKG is highly preferred.
A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
