Assets Manager- Onsite in Salinas, CA
100K+ base, plus unique exposure to high-value private assets
A private family office with a diverse asset mix—real estate holdings, investment portfolios, and two ag-sector brands—is looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Asset & Financial Manager. Think : part accountant, part asset whisperer, part internal advisor.
What You'll Do :
- Track and analyze performance across investments, real estate, and operating businesses
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that make numbers speak clearly
- Review legal, tax, and estate planning docs with a meticulous eye
- Keep real estate assets compliant, optimized, and well-documented
- Partner with outside pros (CPAs, attorneys, wealth advisors) and coordinate with internal ownership
- Travel to local assets (using company vehicle) to understand what's on the books and in the ground
