The Occupational Therapy Assistant implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of Alaska.

We are hiring for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is per-diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shifts, Hours Per Week as needed.

Required Qualifications :

Coursework / Training and Graduate from an associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ / experience

Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or

Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or

Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License

Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications :

1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
