Asphalt Paving Foreman – Highway Projects

Location : North Carolina

We’re seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead crews on highway and roadway projects. This role oversees daily paving operations, ensures quality and safety standards, and keeps projects on schedule.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate asphalt paving crews
  • Manage equipment, materials, and daily workflow
  • Ensure safety compliance and high-quality pavement results
  • Read / interpret plans and project specs
  • Complete daily reports and job documentation

Requirements :

  • Strong experience in asphalt paving, ideally on highway projects
  • Proven crew leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read plans and work in outdoor job-site conditions
