As a Senior Manager of Software Development in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you will build and lead an innovative engineering team in the development, delivery, and operation of cloud services designed specifically for the Multicloud and media and entertainment industries—enabling customers to move and optimize their workloads with OCI. Your charter includes responsibility for a new portfolio of cloud services potentially spanning playback, content augmentation, video transcoding and packaging, content delivery, streaming analytics (including AI-powered insights), and flexible billing & cost analysis. You will partner closely with executive leadership, proactively responding to shifting business priorities and rapidly adapting roadmaps as needed. We are seeking a hands-on leader with deep experience building and scaling AI-driven cloud services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding teams using agile methodologies to deliver maximum value. You bring exceptional communication skills with a track record of effectively reporting to, and influencing, executive stakeholders, and aligning technology initiatives around strategic business outcomes—not only code delivery. You will mentor and grow engineers, encouraging innovation and cross-functional collaboration. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
