Director of Behavioral Health
Location : Alameda, CA
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $187,000 – $208,000 (depending on experience)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Behavioral Health to oversee the behavioral health division within a growing healthcare system. This role blends leadership, strategic planning, and clinical oversight to deliver high-quality, integrated behavioral health services.
Essential Functions
- Direct and manage behavioral health programs and operational goals
- Lead a team of licensed clinicians and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and community partners
- Evaluate service delivery metrics and implement performance improvements
- Guide professional development and staff training initiatives
