Our Client Service Team senior consultants are responsible for communication strategy, content development, and the effective day‑to‑day delivery of communication solutions to our clients. They help manage a variety of projects, and maintain business relationships with clients to maximize an account’s growth, retention and business value. Consultants must be comfortable with a fast‑paced work environment, committed to deadlines, responsive to client requests, and agile in adapting strategy and deliverables in real time. This role requires high collaboration with members of the Client Service, Creative and Digital Team to deliver exceptional experiences for audiences and measurable results for our client.
Through working closely with their project teams and practice leadership, they must be able to collaboratively maintain and develop a portfolio of clients by providing high‑quality consulting, recognizing and suggesting future opportunities, implementing strong project management and delivering world‑class project implementation. They will support the development of other members of the team.

You understand the client’s strategic goals and the problem you are trying to solve for their employees and their business. You strive to create beautiful, relevant experiences that deliver results. You personally ensure all deliverables meet your high standards and the client’s expectations.
As a senior consultant, your billable hours target will be 1,300 hours per year. This figure will be prorated based on your start date.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
