Candidates for the Vice President position must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a health insurance or healthcare-related field, with at least 12 years in product management, development, or business development. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or master's degree is preferred. The role demands a leader with strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills, who can influence and drive decision-making with executives and senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare markets, product, underwriting, actuarial, compliance, and marketing, as well as experience in financial analysis and reporting. The ability to work in a matrix organization and lead complex, multi-functional projects is essential.
