Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment

Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse

Following the plan of care

Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License

PPD or Chest X-Ray

Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)

Valid driver's license

G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

Eligible employees must complete the pre-onboarding process within 10 days of submission of the initial application. Valid for first-time employees only and on completion of all required documents. Parents and / or Guardians of a current or potential Preferred Home Health Care, a Care Options for Kids client are not eligible to receive a bonus.
