The Night Superintendent at AC Sweepers & Maintenance is a vital member of the Operations Leadership team and serves as the company's field expert. This role focuses on the real-time execution of standards across all active routes and job sites during the night shift, with approximately 80% of the responsibilities conducted in the field. You will oversee complex sites, including road construction work zones, ensuring that safety, quality, documentation, and customer requirements are meticulously met before any work is deemed complete.

This position involves executing and enforcing the strategic vision set by the CEO and Operations Leadership while providing insightful feedback on operational successes and challenges. Your expertise will drive performance and ensure that every project reflects the high standards AC Sweepers & Maintenance is known for.

To succeed as a Night Superintendent at AC Sweepers & Maintenance, candidates must possess strong leadership skills backed by at least 5 years of experience managing field crews in sweeping, paving, street maintenance, or related areas. Proficiency in using tablets, GPS, and dispatch tools is essential, along with an evidence-based documentation mindset to ensure accuracy and accountability. The ideal candidate will exhibit decisiveness and composure under pressure, applying fair and firm enforcement of standards across all job sites. A valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate sweeper trucks are crucial, with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required to be obtained within 120 days of hire. Full availability for night shifts is also necessary to effectively oversee operations during critical hours.
