JOB SUMMARY

The Measurement Analyst II is responsible for interpreting measurement data related to the

production of natural gas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain FlowCal database.
  • Identify trends in flow data, make recommendations and implement improvements.
  • Communicate effectively and work to influence key stakeholders regarding policies,

practices, and procedures.

  • Conduct inspections of flow measurement equipment to ensure system integrity and
  • compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Conduct research and analyze data for accurate forecasting; identify potential risks and
  • implement solutions.

  • Responsible for the accuracy of daily production data and allocations.
  • May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and / or support employees.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with FlowCal and TestIT.
  • Measurement device experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Position is located at BKV’s Blue Mound field office in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Hybrid of indoor and outdoor working environments, depending on assignment
  • Requires ability to perform repetitive motions, operate standard office equipment, potentially stand for long periods of time and engage in frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting items in excess of 20lbs.
  • May be exposed to hazardous environments that would require PPE (personal protective equipment) to be worn.
  • When on the road, may remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and engage in frequent eye / hand / foot coordination.
