Product Manager

The Product Manager (PM) independently defines new product strategy, develops business cases for action, and conducts market research. The PM creates and executes assigned product launches activities including launch materials, communications and training and identifies lessons learned from the product development and launch processes.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Strategizes, creates, and executes the full product lifecycle for assigned products from launch to end-of-life and minimization of cannibalization as it relates to new product introductions.
• Gathers and analyzes “Voice of Customer” data for assigned products and drives data integration into product design.
• Conducts complex primary and secondary market research by identifying sources, analyzing results, and synthesizing results into strategies for assigned products.
• Responsible for taking and answering technical calls regarding Acumed products, both during and outside of regular business hours.
• Provides surgeons and sales partners general product knowledge on the full portfolio at global tradeshows, Bioskills courses, Surgical Skills labs, and other new product training events as a representative of Acumed.
• Ensures 100% compliance with all applicable laws, AdvaMed guidelines and Acumed policies.
