We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Brooklyn NY. We are looking for a reliable team player, who loves collaborating with our fantastic group of providers to give the highest level of care to our patients! Our ideal candidate is a DPT with an enthusiasm to work with a team of open-minded, goal oriented, and health forward providers. Our team is collaborative with a comprehensive approach, working to not only enhance physical health but also improve overall quality of life. The incoming Physical Therapist should feel comfortable treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, have excellent communication and documentation skills, and value working in a multi-disciplinary setting.

That’s why we offer a multifaceted approach, combining traditional physical therapy, Pilates, and manual therapy for maximum relief from a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Our physical therapists offer 1 : 1 session to ensure that patients are receiving individualized attention and quality care. They are supported by an integrated team including chiropractors, massage therapy, i nterventional pain management, clinical nutritionists, and functional medicine to ensure that each patient gets personalized care tailored to their needs.

Duties :

• Patient consultation- Review health and medical histories, review pertinent medical records / imaging, and physical examinations
• Implementing physical therapy treatment programs and discharge planning based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
• Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
• Documentation / progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals and admin staff for comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
• Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
• Attend staff meetings as needed

Requirements :

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)

PT License in NY

Recent grads welcome to apply

Schedule :

Full time

Compensation :

$85k-$100k (Depending on experience)
