Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct interaction, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Consultative Sales : Assess the specific insurance needs of clients and provide tailored advice to offer the most suitable coverage options.

Policy Management : Conduct policy reviews and updates, addressing any changes in the client's circumstances or coverage needs.

Cross-selling Opportunities : Identify potential to enhance client portfolios with additional insurance products.

Community Representation : Act as a positive representative of John A Morrison Allstate Insurance Agency in the Gainesville community.

Continuous Improvement : Engage in ongoing training and development activities to stay abreast of industry trends and products.

Requirements

Licensing : Must hold a current and active state insurance license in Property and Casualty

Non licensed applicants will be considered with a strong sales experience, strong motivation and drive.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance or sales is desirable, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service : A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Sales Skills : Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell to enhance client portfolios.
