As the Slack Innovation Product Lead, you will play a key role in the Customer Zero narrative. You will lead our strategic Slack initiatives across Lead to Cash domains, focusing on both quick wins and long-term innovation leveraging Slack, Sales Cloud, and agents.

Collaborating with stakeholders across product, IT, domains, and business units, you will translate sales processes into Slack-first and agent-first solutions. Your responsibilities include product assessment, fit-gap analyses, solution creation, ideation, and supporting release and adoption processes.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Slack experiences for the assigned business domain.
  • Maintain the Product Roadmap to visually represent what will be built, when it will be delivered, and how it supports organizational transformation for Customer Zero.
  • Drive execution of key pre-GA product features. Responsible for rollouts of out-of-the-box tools / features (FNE / Project dependent). Enhance Sales Cloud / Slack integration to improve seller productivity and reduce platform noise. Document business cases, functional design documents, test cases / plans, and lead UAT.
  • Understand Customer Zero needs by engaging with internal customers to understand requirements, analyze usage trends, and identify potential areas for product improvement or innovation. Architect scalable processes that maximize Slack platform capabilities. Ensure seamless alignment between collaboration tools and business objectives.
  • Prioritize features and define requirements based on customer needs, business goals, and the product roadmap. Coordinate risk assessments (compliance, security, worker councils). Collaborate with domain leads / BAs for org62 / OrgSF rollouts.
  • Analyze product performance and usage by tracking key metrics such as product adoption and usage. Partner with IT and Change Management on rollout and adoption initiatives.
  • Serve as the internal product expert, communicating its value and functionality to stakeholders. Act as the authority for end-to-end L2C Slack integration strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years supporting sales processes with technology focused on Lead to Cash or sales strategy and operations.
  • Skills in Salesforce Platform technology, Slack, and AI are preferred. A proven record of staying current with technology and agile learning is appreciated.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into product solutions, including creating process flows, functional, and business requirements documentation.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement, including managing global stakeholders and fostering cross-team collaboration.
  • Understanding seller / operator needs to tailor Slack-first processes, with experience in customer-centric strategies.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with a history of using analytics to inform strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in automation and collaboration solutions.
  • Experience in process optimization, leading to measurable improvements in seller productivity or revenue initiatives.
  • Degree or equivalent experience, with evaluation based on core competencies and diverse experiences.
