Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and interaction design. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Create visually appealing UI components that align with brand guidelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
Develop responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements :

Experience : [X] years of experience in UI / UX design.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) framework and Decision Boards to enhance user experience and product usability.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX / UI design projects.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
