Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION :

Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties :

In this role you will :

Obtain review and analyze data concerning the registration programs scope and goals and the policies practices methods and procedures used to implement complex registrations.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex registration cases received within sections outside sections and customer inquiries.

Research agency policies tax laws and division needs to open or edit complex customer registrations.

Utilize expert experience and knowledge of entity and tax types to determine appropriate account creation procedure for complex accounts based on research.

Position-Specific Details :

Appointment Type : Promotional or Detail to Special Duty open only to current permanent classified employees of Louisiana Department of Revenue.

Compensation : The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
