• This role is a vital part of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, supporting patients, providers, and our business by managing the full claims cycle—from clean submission to final payment.
• You’ll work closely with our front-end team, providers, and third-party billing partners while learning the ins and outs of insurance billing, denials, appeals, and patient financial support.
