Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and explain financial responsibilities Verify insurance coverage and compliance requirements while troubleshooting equipment issues Document patient interactions and ensure timely processing of orders and delivery instructions Required Qualifications High School Diploma One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment that bills insurance is preferred
