The Role :

We are looking for our next Process Engineer II within our Operations Team. The Process Engineer II will be responsible for supporting day-to-day support of production processes and developing and implementing improvements to existing processes and products in order to meet Corporate and customer standards.

This position is located in Newark, Delaware.

Compensation :

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $99,000 - $134,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do :

• Troubleshoot process problems in operations.
• Identify and develop process changes and modifications to enhance operating reliability and product quality and to improve efficiencies of key resources.
• Monitor environmental regulations and performance against such as it pertains to project areas.
• Identify and develop control mechanisms to improve reliability and efficiency of plant operations.
• Commission installations in a timely and effective manner.
• Operating Services Agreement Activities (Services provided 3rd party owner of one production line)

Coordinate operations activities between Roquette and third-party owner

What You'll Need : Education :

Experience :

2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or equivalent experience preferred.
