About the Opportunity

We are working with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced Antitrust and Class Action Attorney to join its growing team. This firm handles some of the most complex and impactful antitrust and consumer protection matters in the country—representing both businesses and consumers harmed by anticompetitive conduct.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes litigation and is passionate about promoting fairness, accountability, and competition in the marketplace.

Practice Focus

The firm’s antitrust and class action practice tackles a broad range of cases involving :

Price-fixing, bid rigging, and market allocation

Monopolization and abuse of market dominance

Vertical restraints and exclusive dealing

Unfair competition and consumer overcharge cases

Complex multidistrict litigation (MDL) and nationwide class actions

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of complex litigation, from investigation and discovery through motion practice and trial or trial preparation.

Draft and argue motions, including class certification and summary judgment.

Conduct depositions, manage expert witnesses, and analyze complex economic and factual issues.

Develop and implement case strategies in coordination with partners and co-counsel.

Contribute to settlement negotiations and appellate advocacy where applicable.

Qualifications

4+ years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to antitrust, competition law, or class action matters.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Experience handling discovery, depositions, and complex motion practice.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

Active CA license in good standing.
