Responsibilities :
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values and trends.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and build a strong client base.Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration, ensuring all terms are clear and beneficial.Guide clients through the negotiation process, advocating for their best interests at every step.Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with expert advice and guidance.Qualifications :
Real Estate License or active pursuit of oneExperience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.Ability to conduct thorough market research and present findings clearly to clients.Proven track record of building and maintaining professional networks to generate leads.Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' best interests.Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and expert guidance.Ability to coordinate and manage property showings and open houses efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and persuasively.About Company
