Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and essential daily activities
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Teams : Collaborate seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide thorough, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Their Families : Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapy modalities to encourage progress outside the clinical setting
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery
