Urgent Hiring for "Ophthalmic Assistant" in San Antonio, TX

Must be located Closer to San Antonio, TX

Job Description :

Document physician visits in the EMR system.

Assist with medical instruments as needed by physicians.

Conduct work-ups after doctor visits with patients.

Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and treatments.

Qualifications :

1+ year of Ophthalmic experience is Mandatory

Associate OR B.S. in Science in (Chemistry OR Biology OR Biochemistry) is Mandatory

Knowledge of Ophthalmology and Nextgen systems is Preferred

Experience in medical assisting and patient care is Preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alamo Heights, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
