Role Description

We are looking for those individuals that are next level and are often known as the best at what they do. Precision, attention to detail and efficiency is a must but is well compensated!

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lubbock, TX, for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, performing milling and machining tasks, ensuring the quality of the output, and maintaining machinery. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating machines, monitoring machine operation, and inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality.

• Experience in Machine Operation and Machining
• Skills in Milling and Machinery
• Strong Quality Control abilities
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Technical or vocational training in CNC or relevant field is preferred
• Ability to
