Summary : Responsible for developing, designing, and implementing process improvements throughout the production facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Qualification Requirements : Must be able to perform each duty outlined above and possess the education, skills, and abilities described in this job description.
Education and / or Experience : A Bachelor or Master of Science degree in a mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, automation or robotics engineering discipline with three or more years of hands-on process engineering experience in a factory environment.
Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents (such as general business reports, scientific and technical journals, and / or procedures, and AMC policy and regulations) and ability to write and effectively present information and responses to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to apply advanced math concepts (such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations) and ability to apply mathematical operators to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to identify problems and review relevant information to evaluate options and develop solutions.

Physical Requirements :
Environmental Conditions : Majority of time is spent indoors with few to any changes in temperature. Due to the nature of the position, proximity to heavy machinery, moving equipment parts and the noise generated must not be an issue.
