Registered Nurse - BURN ICU / Burn Unit -

Unit Information :

Number of Beds- 5 rooms

Number of Staff- 2-4 RNS

Type of staff : Day Shift- 4 RNs on days (0830-1700), Monday through Friday

Patient Ratios : Variable depending on day

Type of equipment : none, use hoyer occasionally as well as c-arm

EMR : meditech, paper

List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Suture removal Stable Removal Wound Care Vac placement, Vac takedown

Requirements : Must have : BLS

Preferred or nice to have : Wound care experience, dressing wounds ortho

Best personality Fit : Great Communication Fast paced (this clinic is similar to ED pace) Hard Working.
