A company is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Employer Brand & Comms Creative team. Key Responsibilities Translate partner goals into creative solutions that resonate with employees and potential candidates Design program identities, logos, swag, event collateral, and digital assets Collaborate closely with creatives and internal stakeholders in a highly cross-functional environment Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment A portfolio that showcases strong conceptual thinking and refined design execution Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides Experience with video art direction and / or motion graphics Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
