Supervisor - Business Intelligence

Job Description

As the Supervisor - Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Business Intelligence Analysts focused on the development of analytics and automated reporting solutions ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. You will work closely and collaboratively across multiple Wesco functional departments.

Responsibilities :

• Leads a team of business intelligence analysts focused on analyzing problems and capabilities to develop solutions for improved analytic reporting.
• Oversees the creation and automation of recurring reports to support Wesco with actionable insights.
• Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs by implementing robust validation and governance processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs, define KPIs, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Drives continuous improvement by evaluating new BI tools and technologies, and recommending enhancements to existing reporting infrastructure.
• Supports the development of analytic models' implementation into business applications.
• Participates in analytic & reporting projects.
• Coaches and develops team members through regular feedback, training sessions, and performance reviews to build analytical and technical capabilities.
• Conduct research and data mining to support business decision making and help to identify new market segments and industry opportunities.
• Train end users on newly deployed dashboards.
