Position Summary
The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in Rubio’s next chapter of growth and innovation. This role will lead the strategic planning and tactical execution of Limited-Time Offers (LTOs) , product and menu innovation , and in-store marketing collateral . Additionally, the role will support Gift Card program management and various brand marketing initiatives.
This is a high-impact position that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities
LTO & Promotional Planning (50%)
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for promotions and LTOs.
- Align launches with overall marketing calendar, pricing strategy, and media plans.
- Analyze price elasticity, conduct pricing experiments, and drive traffic / margin improvements.
- Oversee development and execution of print collateral, including menus and point-of-purchase materials.
- Leverage internal data, competitive analysis, guest feedback, and campaign metrics to inform the LTO pipeline.
- Evaluate post-launch performance in collaboration with operations, finance, and culinary.
Product & Menu Innovation (25%)
Own the product innovation calendar in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.Drive ideation, testing, and successful launches of new menu items and LTOs.Manage timelines from concept through launch, working closely with internal teams and vendor partners.Brand Marketing Support (15%)
Support brand initiatives such as partnerships, out-of-home promotions, and miscellaneous campaigns.Assist in executing creative couponing programs and physical promotional materials.Gift Card Program (10%)
Collaborate with external Gift Card partners to grow the channel and drive incremental revenue.Track program performance and identify optimization opportunities.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand promotions, or menu innovation—experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) preferred.Demonstrated success managing product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholder inputs.Data-driven mindset with strong intuition for customer behavior and brand storytelling.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, team-centric environment.Why You’ll Love Working at Rubio’s
