Caregiver (CNA HHA PCA) On-Call

Thomas Feeney Manor a Cassia community is hiring Caregivers to join our team in Minneapolis MN! No experience as a CaregiverNo problem! We will train you for this position. This is an excellent role for a nursing student those desiring to work in healthcare or those wanting to offer excellent customer offer great benefits including a free meal every shift worked!

In this role you will join our team of professional Caregivers to become an important part of our residents will provide person-centered care to our residents supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering / bathing shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity independence and position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

Position Type : On-Call

Shifts Available :

Days : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM

Evenings : 4 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM

Nights (NOC) : 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM

Wage Range : $17.50 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience

Location : 901 N 4th Avenue Minneapolis Minnesota 55405

Caregiver responsibilities :

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature blood pressure weight pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude reaction and appetite to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following : shampooing of hair assist with showering / bathing fingernail and foot care and medication administration.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
