Job Summary : The Fundraising Assistant supports Wings' development efforts by helping with donor communication, event planning, database tracking, and grant support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the success of fundraising initiatives that sustain our mission.

Key Responsibilities :

• Donor Communication : Assist in writing thank-you letters, donor emails, and updates. Help track donor engagement and maintain mailing lists.
• Event Assistance : Support the planning and execution of fundraising events. Prepare materials, track RSVPs, and coordinate volunteers.
• Grant & Data Support : Help gather data and documentation for grant applications. Assist in tracking outcomes and reporting.

Position Type : Part-time

Qualifications : Excellent written and verbal communication. Organized and deadline-oriented. Experience with donor databases (like Little Green Light or Excel) is a plus
