Hours : Sun 7 : 30am-4pm, Mon - Thur 4pm-12 : 30pm

General Functions

The primary focus of this position is to perform duties in a manufacturing environment, within areas include Surfacing, Finishing, and Coating. All duties and procedures are to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company and governing body policies. It is required that this position maintain regular, prompt attendance and availability for overtime as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Major Duties and Responsibilities

Coating

• Clipping : Clip and secure lenses into baskets to begin the coating process
• Machine Operator : Prepare and operate the coating machine to coat the lenses properly
• Load and unload sectors with lenses
• Inspection : Inspect lenses prior to and immediately after coatings process to ensure that they are optically, cosmetically accurate, and in compliance with work ticket
• Sandblasting : Disassemble and clean machines daily including the sandblasting of the parts

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
