Shift : Days, 4x10 (06 : 45–17 : 15)\n\nUnit Details : \n\nWeekends : Included in call only\n\nCall : 20 call days per 6-week schedule, including minimum 2 weekends\n\nFloating : Within facility and scope of practice, including Main OR + Piedmont Macon North as needed\n\nMinimum Experience : 2 years (first-time travelers accepted)\n\nAya Offer : \n\nOnce candidate signs and confirmation is sent, manager has 48 hours to review for fit\n\nOffer only valid if clinical clears and RTO meets facility rules\n\nRTO : Max 7 days\n\nHoliday Requirements : \n\nIf 1 major holiday falls in contract → traveler works 1\n\nIf 2 major holidays → traveler works both\n\nIf 3 major holidays → traveler works 2\nMajor Holidays : Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving / Black Friday, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year’s Eve / Day\n\nCompliance : \n\nFull compliance required; delays push start by 2 weeks (bi-weekly orientation)\n\nNon -billable orientation hours depend on contract length (e.g., 8 hrs for 8-week, 10 hrs for 10-week)\n\nLocals : Accepted (same rate)\n\nShift Info : 4x10 Days, 06 : 45–17 : 15
