Internal Job Description (Summary)\n\nShift : Days, 4x10s (06 : 45– 17 : 15)\n\nWeekends : Only included in call requirements\n\nCall : 20 days per 6-week schedule (minimum 2 weekends)\n\nFloating : Within facility / Main OR and Piedmont Macon North as needed\n\nExperience : 2 years minimum (first-time travelers accepted)\n\nAya Offer : Manager has 48 hours to review after confirmation; offer depends on clinical pass & RTO guidelines\n\nRTO : Max 7 days\n\nHolidays : Traveler must work applicable major holidays based on assignment period\n\nCompliance : Full compliance required; delays result in a 2-week push due to bi-weekly orientation\n\nLocals : Accepted at same rate\n\nOrientation Hours : Based on contract length (e.g., 8 hrs for 8 weeks)
