Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nursing duties, including vital sign measurement, medication administration, and wound care.

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and health promotion strategies.
Qualifications
Education :
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) is preferred.Experience :

Requires a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), with Authorization to Practice in the State of Texas; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required within sixty days of start date.
