Are you ready to launch a career in sales and insurance? Our agency is hiring a driven, personable team member for an entry-level Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Producer role. You'll work with warm leads / individuals who've already expressed interest and help them secure coverage that protects what matters most. This is a great opportunity for someone new to sales who is eager to learn, grow, and succeed in a supportive environment. Please note : A valid P&C Personal Lines license is required before your start date. We offer guidance through the licensing process and reimburse your licensing costs after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm prospects and follow up via phone, text, and email
• Educate clients on personal insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using our CRM
• Achieve individual activity and production goals with full team support
