Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit.
If clinical pass and within guidelines, the candidate will be sent for final decision.
Description :
The Electrophysiology Lab treats adults to geriatrics.
Technicians must be able to scrub and circulate.
If not both, then one must be extremely efficient in one of the roles.
The lab is high volume and operates 7 days a week.
Procedures performed include pacemaker implants, leadless pacemaker implants, ICD implants, bi-ventricular implants, EP studies, RF, Cryo, and PFA ablations.
The technicians will also assist in LAAO procedures and concomitant studies.
Candidate should be proficient in hemodynamic monitoring, isolation precautions, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias.
Familiarity with Epic Cupid, Pyxis, Abbott Claris EP recording system, and GE Mac Lab is required.
Travelers are expected to work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period.
If three major holidays occur during the assignment, travelers are expected to work two of the holidays.
