Location :   5575 Warren Pkwy, Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034

Hours / Schedule : Contractor or Part Time Options-   Create a schedule that works for you! Could start part-time at 20 hours with part-time benefits (i.e. PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, etc.) and build from there.

Salary :

Contractor COTA : $27 / hour treatment (billed in 15-minute increments) - $37 / hour treament (billed in 15-minute increments) on Saturday 3pm-6pm and Sundays

Part Time COTA :  $20-$27 / hour depending on experience
