Job Description

  • Create Tailored Therapy Protocols : Assess patients' needs and design personalized treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations.
  • Implement Therapeutic Approaches : Apply research-based practices to improve patients' motor proficiency, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills.
  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Educate Patients and Caregivers : Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic techniques to facilitate continuous progress at home.
  • Track and Review Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify strategies as necessary to keep patients on the path towards their goals.

Education

  • Obtained a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Continuous education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported.

    • Certifications

  • Possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
