We’re hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to test processes across multiple business lines, ensuring compliance with bank policies, standard operating procedures, federal and state consumer financial laws and regulations, and investor requirements.

This role requires advanced critical thinking to analyze data, evaluate internal controls, and recommend solutions. You will work with stakeholders across residential mortgage origination and servicing, commercial lending, and deposit operations to implement required compliance changes.

What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct testing and monitoring activities to evaluate business line compliance
  • Generate audit reports and communicate findings to management
  • Collaborate with business lines to address deficiencies and oversee remediation
  • Maintain the Change Management system, tracking legislative and agency updates
  • Draft and revise standard operating procedures in accordance with review processes
  • Assist in preparing reports for leadership on regulatory change management status
  • Support external compliance audits and regulatory reviews
  • Conduct regulatory research to resolve compliance questions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices

What You Bring :

  • 5–10 years of financial services industry experience with strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory compliance
  • Experience in deposit banking and mortgage servicing preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Proven project management experience with multiple high-priority projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking / mortgage software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while producing superior results
  • Technical writing skills preferred_
