As an HR Workforce Planning and Career Progression Specialist , you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s structure and employees’ professional growth. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing career progression frameworks, using data to drive key decisions, and providing expert advice on workforce planning and organizational structure.
