Process Engineer
As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of advanced water and wastewater treatment systems. This hands-on, detail-driven position demands a solid experience in process engineering and a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Sales, Proposals, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Managementto support projects from concept through commissioning and operational handover. Additionally, you will engage directly with customers and suppliers to ensure technical excellence and project success.

Work Environment
You will be working in an office environment 80% of the time and 20% in the field or shop. All necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided as needed. You will be equipped with a laptop and all tools required to be successful in your role. After six months, there is an option to transition to a direct position with full-time benefits, including 18 days of paid time off, fully paid health, dental, and vision coverage for employees, and a 5% annual bonus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 / hr.
