The DuPage Senior Citizens Council / Kane Senior Council (DSCC / KSC) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer-driven organization committed to the well-being, socialization, and health of seniors. DSCC / KSC is the designated Meals on Wheels and Community Dining provider in DuPage and Kane County.

DSCC / KSC is looking for a Full-Time Donors Relations Manager who will implement the donor relations strategy with the Executive Director, Administration / Development Manager, and the Board Fundraising & Resource Committee Chair. The Donor Relations Manager supports the development team’s efforts to broaden DuPage Senior Citizens Council's donor base, providing major gift, sustainer, and planned giving donor pipelines, along with supporting direct response activities generating a growing revenue stream for the organization. The Donor Relations Manager also provides administrative support to the development team to ensure effective data management, reporting, and donor stewardship efforts (acknowledgements, meeting requests, printed materials). The Donor Relations Manager contributes to developing and implementing messaging to existing and prospective donors, continually adapting a strong and compelling case for support.
Donor Relations Manager Responsibilities / Tasks :
- Implement donor relations activities and engage with donors as part of a larger development plan
- Ensure tracking of donor relations activities
- Contribute to direct response plans and activities, making recommendations for improving program results
- Coordinate with staff, consultants, and vendors to implement plans to broaden the base of support
- Promote and track planned gifts
- Assist with research
- Coordinate with the Communications Team to implement e-marketing and social media campaigns related to individual giving, and assist with administrative duties as needed.

College Degree relevant to the position or equivalent work experience to the positionKnowledge and experience in donor relations managementPosition requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle insuranceMust have an acceptable driving recordSkills / Experience Desired :
