Job Overview :
TheClinical Administrator (CA) is responsible for setting up DME equipment in the home or hospital, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. This position will require traveling to Soldotna two to three days per week. The CA will work closely with medical staff, support teams, and patients. The CA will also work in the office assisting with administrative duties. A CA should possess communication skills allowing for optimal instruction of clients and / or caregivers on the care and use of oxygen systems, nebulizers, CPAPs, Apnea monitors, feeding pumps, and other therapies associated with respiratory and home care. This position is expected to participate in follow-up, documentation, and communication with clients and referral sources. The CA often serves as the representative of the company to its customers and must have strong customer service orientation.
As part of the patient care team, the CA needs to be aware of changes in patients conditions and needs to make certain those concerns are shared with appropriate staff.
